These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cook County, State of Illinois. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms of Sale shall be brought exclusively in the Federal or State Courts located in Cook County, Illinois and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Payments
Full payment is required before shipping. Your order will be processed without delay. We accept payment using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover), debit cards and business checks. (We will not process orders until the check has cleared our bank.) Any returned payments will be charged a minimum $35.00 service fee. Anyone using credit cards, there is a 4% convenience fee for all credit transactions. We have put this in place to keep prices down. Please pay with a check if you do not wish to pay the fee.

Shipping & Handling
American Legal Forms® ships within 2-3 business days if we receive your order and payment by noon. Shipping includes all pickup services, delivery services and handling fees for time and material incurred while packing. Standard shipping is UPS Ground at your expense. If you would prefer using your UPS Shipper’s Number or your FedEx Account Number, please let us know when you place your order. WE DO NOT USE THE UNITED STATES POST OFFICE FOR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY.

Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from American Legal Forms®. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Products (except legal forms) may be returned within 30 days for exchange, credit or refund only with a return authorization. Returns must be received in saleable condition at the location authorized. If we are at fault, we will issue a UPS call tag at our expense. Otherwise, please return the product, at your expense, to the location authorized by customer service. Returns to the wrong location may incur additional charges. We charge a 20% restocking fee plus shipping fees. Shipping includes pickup and delivery services. Returns on custom work or special orders will not be accepted. Full payment is required before shipping.

Returns are only accepted after a return authorization is provided by American Legal Forms within 30 days of purchase. Payments can be made by telephone with a credit card. Please note: Sales to accounts with balances past due 30 days may be suspended until payment is received. We charge 1.5% interest on balances over 30 days. Collection fees when applicable will be added to past due balances.

Printing
In accordance with Customs of the Printing Trade, order quantities can vary 10% above or below the original order quantity on any made-to-order or customized product. American Legal Forms® LC requires a 50% deposit simultaneous with proof approval for printing, custom work or products and services that can’t be resold.
