Signature on our delivery receipt and invoice is acceptance of our terms. These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of DuPage County, State of Illinois. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms of Sale shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in DuPage County, Illinois and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
We do our best to keep our prices current and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographic errors. Specifications of products are subject to change by market forces. Promotions may be changed or withdrawn.
Your order will be entered without delay. We accept payment using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover), debit cards and business checks (we will not process orders until the check has cleared our bank). Any payments that are NSF will be charged a minimum $35.00 service fee.
American Legal Forms® LLC ships within 24 hours the same day if we receive your order and payment by noon. Shipping includes all pickup services, delivery services and handling fees for time and material used while packing. Standard shipping is UPS Ground at your expense. If you would prefer using your Shipper’s Number or FedEx please let us know when you place your order. WE DO NOT USE THE UNITED STATES POST OFFICE FOR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY.

Products may be returned within 30 days for exchange, credit or refund only with a return authorization. Returns must be received in saleable condition at the location authorized. If we are at fault, we will issue a UPS call tag at our expense. Otherwise, please return the product, at your expense, to the location authorized by customer service. Returns to the wrong location may incur additional charges. We charge a 20% restocking fee plus shipping fees. Returns on custom work or special orders will not be accepted. Full Payment is required before shipping.
